Information this site asks for
The contact form asks for a name, property ZIP code, phone number, a short description of the roof concern, and permission to contact you about that request. Do not submit insurance policy numbers, claim files, birth dates, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Online request handling
The website checks required fields, limits repeated requests, and uses a hidden spam field before sending a successful submission to Netlify Forms, the form service provided by this site's hosting platform.
Storage, logs, and retention
Successful submissions are stored in the site's Netlify Forms dashboard so authorized site administrators can review and respond to them. Netlify is also configured to send a submission notification to info@texashield.com. The website application does not log form bodies, phone numbers, or messages. Form submissions are deleted within 30 days. Spam and test submissions may be removed sooner. Access, export, and deletion are limited to authorized administrators.
Analytics and third parties
No analytics, advertising pixel, heatmap, chat widget, or embedded map is enabled. The Google Calendar link opens an external site and is governed by Google’s policies once selected. If analytics is later approved, it must remain off until the visitor allows analytics and must never capture form contents.

You may contact TexaShield at info@texashield.com to ask what information is held, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask a privacy question. We will update this policy if the form provider, notification method, or retention period changes.
